Identifying Target, Acceptable, Process Indicator, Defect conditions. You are provided with a complete of set of training materials, and given specific instruction on how to be a competent instructor.

Course Content:
The course consists of the following chapters of study to determine the Acceptability of Cable, Wire & Harness Electronics Assemblies:
Introduction to IPC, Roles & Responsibilities as an Instructor, Applicable Documents, ESD, Preparation, Soldered Terminations, Crimp Terminations, Insulation Displacement Connection (IDC), Ultrasonic Welding, Splices, Connectorization, Molding/Potting, Cable Assemblies and Wires, Marking/Labeling, Coaxial and Twinaxial Cable Assemblies, Securing, Harness/Cable Electrical Shielding, Cable/Wire Harness Protective Coverings, Finished Assembly Installation, Solderless Wrap, Testing.
Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a full set of instructor materials: Certificate of Completion, IPC/WHMA-A-620 manual, 15 Open & 15 Closed book CIS exams, Answer sheet keys, Blank documents to be completed after each class taught & the IPC/WHMA-A-620 CIT presentation CD, used for teaching classes at your companies site.
