Course Content
- Experience SnAgCu & SnCuNi solders
- Experience immersion silver (ImAg), Organic Solderability Preservative (OSP), ENIG-Gold Printed Circuit Boards
- ERSA Lead-free soldering irons, Lead-free components
- 'Test-drive' Lead-free soldering and compare
- Solder a Lead-free kit using the above materials
- Surface mount and plated through hole
- Inspect to the IPC-A-610E Inspection standards
- Lead-free kit resources provided
- Lead-free solder iron tip cleaning
